If you're a free listener:

Do nothing. You'll keep receiving public Axis Mundi episodes as usual.

If you're a paid subscriber:

1. Subscribe on Substack.
2. Connect your podcast app.
3. Cancel Supercast.
4. Keep listening the same way you always have.

That's it.

All paid subscribers on Supercast have a Substack account under the email on their Supercast account. It has been imported for you.

If you want to sign up using a different email address:

• Step 1: Navigate to the Axis Mundi Substack page.

• Step 2: Click Subscribe.

• Step 3: Enter your email address.

• Step 4: Choose either:

  • Monthly subscription
  • Annual subscription
  • Founding Member
  • Free

• Step 5: Enter your payment information.
• Step 6: Check your email for a confirmation message from Substack.
• Step 7: Create a password if prompted. You now have a Substack account!

We want this transition to be as easy and fair as possible for our supporters. All current paying Monthly Supercast subscribers will receive one free month of Substack membership. When you sign up as a paid subscriber on Substack, use this link.

Option 1: Use the Substack App

1. Download the Substack app.
2. Log in.
3. Open Axis Mundi.
4. Tap the headphones icon.
5. Listen directly in the app.

Option 2: Use Your Existing Podcast App

1. Log into Substack.
2. Open your subscriber settings.
3. Find the private podcast feeds.
4. Choose your podcast app.
5. Follow the prompts.

Most subscribers can continue using their existing podcast player.

If you subscribed through the Supercast website:

1. Open your email and search for:
• Supercast
• Axis Mundi
• Your subscription
2. Find your original subscription email.
3. Click the "Manage Subscription" link.
4. Log into your Supercast account.
5. Select:
• Manage Subscription
• Cancel Subscription
6. Follow the prompts until cancellation is confirmed.

You should receive a cancellation confirmation email.
